Use the most recent version of your web browser
Using the most recent version of your web browser ensures your HCAI data is kept safe and secure, as old browser versions may not receive security patches or technical support.
At the bottom of the page under “Web Browser Support”, click on the link for your browser and search for “update my browser”.
Make HCAI a trusted site
Make HCAI a "trusted site" in your browser settings to allow your browser to accept cookies from HCAI and confirm that your browser has the correct security settings to work properly.
At the bottom of the page under “Web Browser Support”, click on the link for your browser and search for “trusted site”.
Use the newest version of the HCAI site
Program your browser to automatically check for the latest HCAI page versions to be certain you are working from the newest version of the HCAI system.
At the bottom of the page under “Web Browser Support”, click on the link for your browser and search for “automatically check for newer versions of stored pages”.
Enable JavaScript
JavaScript is a computer programming language that is used to create interactive effects within web browsers. JavaScript must be enabled for HCAI to work properly.

Allow Cookies
If you have made HCAI a trusted site as explained above, your browser will accept cookies from HCAI.
Allow pop-ups
HCAI uses pop-ups to help you navigate through the various pages and forms on the site. In order to use HCAI, you need to set your browser to allow pop-ups.
At the bottom of the page under “Web Browser Support”, click on the link for your browser and search for “allow pop-ups”.
