Reviewing My Profile
Any logged-in user can click on the My Profile tab to see an overview of their user profile information, as well as their contact details for two-factor authentication. (View screenshot)
The Profile Details section of the My Profile tab displays the following information in read-only mode:
- Organization Type
- User Status
- Last Name
- First Name
- User Name
- Employee ID
- Business Phone
This information is not editable on My Profile. Some of the information (User status, First and Last Name, Title, Employee ID, E-mail, and Business Phone) can be updated by a User Administrator on the User Management tab.
The Contact Details for Authentication section of the My Profile tab displays the contact details that will be used to deliver your two-factor authentication verification code when signing in to HCAI. It displays the following information:
- E-mail: The e-mail address that is associated with your user account. If this e-mail address needs to be updated, ask your User Administrator to edit your e-mail address on the User Management tab.
- Phone: A cell phone number, used to receive text verification codes for two-factor authentication. This field is optional and can be edited directly on the My Profile tab. A User Administrator cannot edit this field for you.
