HCAI Insurer Dashboard

The HCAI Dashboard allows adjusters, managers, and claims administrator staff to oversee and prioritize their workload. (View screenshot)

The insurer/branch level dashboard is viewable to users with Insurer or Branch/Claim Group level access who have the Manager Dashboard Viewer role assigned. Granting users these roles allows them to view the HCAI Dashboard on the Dashboard tab for an overview of their organization or branch’s claimant and document information. To learn how to update a user’s role and/or level of access, ask your User Administrator to visit the Updating User Information page and follow the steps under Updating User Contact Information.

To learn about the Adjuster Dashboard, which is viewable to users who have the Form Adjuster role assigned, please visit the Adjuster Dashboard page.

"Filter By"

Use the "Filter By" drop-down menu to filter your view of data.

  • If you have Insurer level access you will see data for the whole company.  Use the “Filter By” drop-down menu to filter by active parent and child Insurers and further by branch/claim group(s).
  • If you have Child Insurer level of access, you will see data for Insurers that you have access to.
  • If you have Branch/Claim Group level access you will see data for the branches/claim groups you have access to. Use the “Filter By” drop-down menu to select the branch(es)/claim group(s) whose data you wish to view.
  • If you have the Form Adjuster role, you will see the “Assigned to Me” filter and see data for claimants assigned to you.
  • If you have Team Dashboard access, you will see the option to filter by the Team(s) you have access to.

Claimant Summary

The left side of the Dashboard offers an interactive display of assigned open claimants. Choose between three sub-tabs:

  • Claimant by Date of Accident, which organizes the claimants according to the date of accident.
  • Claimants by Activity, which sorts the claimants according to whether there has been activity. Activity implies that a form has been submitted for the claimant and is pending adjudication.
  • Claimants with No Documents, which displays the claimants who are still open but for which no documents were received or all documents have been archived. The pie chart is organized according to the length of time the claimant has been open.
